KARACHI: The first spell of monsoon rains that hit the country’s financial hub, left parts of Karachi paralysed bringing some areas of the city to a grinding halt.
While most of the experts believe that the heavy rain inundated several areas, including Saadi Town, where locals are busy in draining the water which entered in Saadi Garden.
Despite the orders of Commissioner Karachi, no one have arrived to drain the flood water while even machinery is not transported there.
On the other hand, major part of the city is still suffering from power breakdown after rain on Wednesday.
