Azerbaijan Envoy to Pakistan Ali Alizada shared on his Twitter account the flags of Pakistan and Turkey being displayed on buildings in Baku.
Azerbaijan and Armenia have been fighting over the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
Over 100 people have killed in the ongoing war since he clashes erupted on Sunday.
