QUETTA: Five people were shot dead by gunmen in separate incidents in Quetta on Tuesday. Police sources said that a policeman identified later as Rashid Khan was killed by unidentified motorcyclist.
Dead body of the policeman was handed over to the heirs after autopsy. In another incident a woman named Shazia committed suicide on Sirki Road of Quetta. Meanwhile a drug addict was killed on Addlat Road. The body of the addicted person was transfer to the hospital for the identification.
Muhammad Saleem was gunned down over property dispute in the area of Pashin and body of the deceased was handed over to the family.
The sources said the cause of the murder was an old enmity over property dispute between the two groups.
Police have registered a case and are investigating the killings.
