HYDERABAD: Five persons of a family including husband, wife and their three sons found dead in a room of a triple story building mysteriously here Tuesday evening at Supari Compound of Masoom Shah Colony near Sarfraz Colony.
According to the police, the deceased were identified as Kifayatullah, his wife Shaheen and three to six years old children Khizar, Shahjehan and Mairaj were found dead in their room. Brother of deceased Kifayatullah called the neighbours and other inmates of the building when he failed to receive any response from the locked room, the Police informed.
The neighbours and relatives of the ill-fated family found all five persons dead mysteriously when they entered in the room after breaking the door. The bodies were rushed to Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad for autopsy.
According to preliminary investigation, the cause of the death was the result of taking poisonous meal by the deceased family members, the police said adding that actual cause of the death would be revealed after autopsy.
