THARPARKAR: Five children have died of malnutrition and infectious diseases in Sindh’s Tharparkar district.
According to the Sindh government, the total number of deaths caused by malnutrition in the ongoing month have reached 24 in Thar.
Sources said that hundreds of children died of malnutrition and infectious diseases every month in the Tharparkar district.
According to a survey, 50 per cent of the children aged below five years suffer from malnutrition in Sindh.
