First death anniversary of JI former Naib Ameer Karachi Nasrullah Shaji today

KARACHI: The incidental death of former JI Karachi Naib Ameer Nasrullah Khan  Shaji completes one-year here on Tuesday.

The former JI Karachi Naib Ameer Nasrullah Khan Shaji was drown to death on 2 June-2014 in Kunhar River near Balakot while trying to save the life of a student Sufyan Asim who slipped and fall into the river.

The former MPA Nasrullah Khan Shaji was on a study tour with the children of Usman Public School and he was also a principal of Campus-13.

The great leader Nasrullah Khan Shaji was also awarded by the Presidential Medal i.e. ‘Tamgha-e-Shujaat’ on his bravery and sacrifice which he was rendered to save the life of the student of his campus.

The Campus-13 of Usman Public School was also named after Nasrullah Khan Shaji Campus against his tremendous services rendered for humanity.

Nasrullah Khan Shajih was born in 1972 in Hyderabad Colony Karachi and got his early education in Karachi.

He was affiliated with Islami Jamiat Talba (IJT) in his student era and played an active role in students’ politics. He was also served as Nazim IJT, Karachi during 1996 to 1998 and got his Masters’ degree in International Relations (IR) from Karachi University.

Nasrullah Khan Shaji was also served as JI Ameer, District East and elected as MPA from PS-116 on the platform of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) in the general elections of 2002 at the age of 30.

He was an enthusiastic and a brave man since his student life and played a vital role in highlighting the problems of common men at the floor of assembly as MMA deputy parliamentary leader. He was an educationist and served as Principal, Usman Public School System in Campus-13.
