Fire erupted at transformer workshop in Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) headquarter while the dangerous flame also engulfed a nearby four-storey building.
Rescue activities have been resumed by fire fighting teams as at least five fire brigades rushed at the site to bring the situation under control.
Rescue sources said that five fire fighting vehicles are taking part in the rescue mission. The sources added that oil drums placed inside the workshop are increasing difficulties to control the heavy fire.
Fire fighting staff said that the fire hiked dangers to affect sensitive power instalment near the site.
