Islamabad police removed First Investigation Report (FIR) against former station chief of CIA over alleged unmanned plane attack following complaint registered by a citizen Karim Khan.
The case has been removed after filing in Secretariat police station of the federal capital of Pakistan. Police stated that the drone attack was not carried out in Islamabad.
The complainant stated that his relatives were killed in the drone attack carried out in Mir Ali area of the tribal North Waziristan Agency.
It should be mentioned here that Islamabad High Court (IHC) had ordered to register FIR against former CIA station chief over drone attack on a school in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan in 2009.
