LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has summoned opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif in the National Assembly.
According to sources, FIA Lahore has summoned Shahbaz Sharif for probe in the sugar scandal case. The FIA has directed Shahbaz Sharif to appear on June 22 along with the record.
According to the FIA notice, Shahbaz Sharif has been directed to bring all the documents and if he does not appear in person, he may be arrested or prosecuted.
The opposition leader in the National Assembly has also been asked four questions in the summon.
