ISLAMABAD: A civil judge on Monday granted judicial remand of Mian Tariq Mahmood – a key suspect in a case pertaining to a controversial video of accountability judge Arshad Malik – to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
Earlier, the FIA presented the accused in the court and sought his judicial remand.
Mahmood told the court that he had brain tumor and will die if sent to jail. At which, the court ordered to provide all medical facilities to the accused in jail.
