Director General Federal Investigation Agency Sindh Shahid Hayat has arrived at Mustafa Kamal’s residence to collect evidence of the allegation indicating Mutahida Quami Movement’s (MQM) links with Indian spy agency RAW.
According to reports, during his meeting he will not only collect evidence from Mustafa Kamal but also investigate the matter with Anees Qaim Khani.
It is pertinent to mention here that, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)’s director Enam Ghani held a meeting with Sarfaraz Merchant in London where the intelligence head invited Merchant to visit Pakistan for submission of evidences against MQM.
A major development was made in investigation into allegations against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and its supremo Altaf Hussain over having links with Indian prime intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), as Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials contacted Sarfaraz Merchant and Mustafa Kamal.
In his meeting with Sarfaraz Merchant, Enam Ghani asked him to submit evidences over MQM’s links with RAW before the investigation committee, sources closer to Interior Ministry said.
FIA Sindh chapter head, Shahid Hayat Khan had made telephonic contact with MQM’s disgruntled leader and former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal as well.
