CHAMAN: Federal Investigation Agency has reportedly taken three officials into custody for their alleged involvement in illegal verification of documents pertaining to NADRA.
Officials said that FIA took three officials into custody including Assistant Commissioner Chaman, Hafiz Muhammad Qasim, Assistant Commissioner Qila Abdullah, Aijaz Jaffar and retired deputy commissioner Revenue, Hasratullah Changezi into a case pertaining to illegal verification related to NADRA.
The FIA officials said that the three officers were made members of verification committee of NADRA.
“The FIA received complaints about alleged involvement of these three officials of illegal verification of documents pertaining to NADRA,” they said.
They further said that the arrested officials had been shifted to Quetta for interrogation.
