KARACHI: Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has urged the masses and political forces to stand behind the national institutions in ongoing war against terrorism and said his party extends complete support to institutions in war on terror.

He stated this while talking to media persons during his visit to Agha Khan Hospital Karachi on Friday to enquire about the health of the victims of the Quetta blast.

Maulana said that Muslims around the globe collectively form a huge nation. It was difficult to pin-point who exactly was responsible for the Quetta incident, he said adding that accountability should take place if anyone was careless towards their duties.

The JUI-F Chief stated that he had reservations on military courts, further demanding that discriminatory laws need to be abolished. The process of leveling accusations against one another needs to be ended, he added.

He further said that labeling Chairman of Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Mehmood Khan Achakzai as a traitor was wrong.
