ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Monday handed over Hashim Ali, accused of Barrister Fahad Malik murder to police on seven days physical remand.
Accused Hashim Khan was produced before Anti-Terrorism judge Sohail Ikram by police.
During case proceedings, the court accepted the plea filed by defence counsel Raja Shahid for medical checkup.
The court also accepted police plea to grant physical remand after recovery of arms and mobile phone from the accused.
Later, the court directed the police to reproduce the accused on October 31.
