LAHORE: Pakistan Hockey Federation President Brig (R) Muhammad Khalid Khokhar, has appointed former President, Punjab Hockey Association, Shahid Pervez Bhandara his advisor with immediate effect.
“Keeping in view the rich experience and keen interest of Bhandara in hockey President PHF has given him a new role to serve the game”, said a spokesman of PHF here on Tuesday.
It may be mentioned here that few days ago the general council of Punjab Hockey Association has removed Bhanadara along with Secretary and treasurer PHA from their respective positions through a vote of no confidence.
