Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to Secretary Law, Speaker National Assembly and all provincial assemblies over enforcement of Sharia act.
As per details, hearing of enforcement of Sharia act case was held at IHC court on Monday.
The lawyer stated in the petition that Islamic law should be enforced in Pakistan using Sharia act.
After the arguments of the petitioner, the court issued notices to Secretary Law, Speaker National Assembly and all provincial assemblies.
The court ordered them to submit answers within two weeks.a
