KARACHI: Sindh interior ministry has issued a notification on Saturday to transfer eight high-profile lawsuits from the anti-terrorism courts into military courts.
Interior ministry spokesperson said the eight lawsuits including Safoora incident, justice Baqir Ali and police encounter of Shah Latif police had been transferred into military courts. The number of cases sent to military courts after those eight cases reaches 13.
