Karachi: Eight family members of Jamaat-e-Islami MPA from Lyari Syed Abdul Rasheed, who had contracted coronavirus a few days ago, are also infected with the virus.
Speaking exclusively to Jasarat, the JI MPA said that 21 members of his family had coronavirus tests. Of them, tests of eight members have come out positive for the virus, he added.
He further told the paper that his wife, three children, mother, sisters and brother-in-laws were among those tested positive.
However, the JI leader said that all the affected family members were feeling well and have isolated themselves at home.
He said that he himself and other family members are following all the precautions.
