CAIRO: The hijackers on Tuesday freed all the passengers except crew and five foreigners, after the negotiation.
According to Egyptian media reports, the hijacker released all the passengers except plane’s crew and the five foreign passengers. The five remaining passengers are: three British, one Italian and an Irish.
Egypt Air said there was a threat from a passenger with an explosive belt. The hijacker was identified as Ibrahim Smaha.
