Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday released schedule for second phase of upcoming Local Bodies’ election in overall 42 cantonment boards across the country.
Second phase of LB Cantt. election has been scheduled on May 29 while nomination papers would be filled till May 18, 2015.
Scrutiny process would be commenced on May 19 while appeals for nomination papers can be submitted on May 20 which later heard on May 21.
Candidates will be allowed to receive back their nomination papers on May 22 while final list of the eligible candidates will be released on May 23, ECP said.
It should be mentioned that the upcoming election will be organised for electing candidates for special seats in cantonment areas while officials results will be announced by ECP on May 29.
