ISLAMABAD: An Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) on Saturday gave green light to construction of 230 Kilometers Lahore-Multan Motorway.
A meeting of the committee chaired by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad also approved in principle Smart Metering Infrastructure Projects for Islamabad and Lahore Electric Supply Companies.
Approval was also accorded for land acquisition and construction of road network for New Islamabad International Airport. Besides, Sindh Roads Improvement project was approved.
