PESHAWAR: A strong earthquake jolted various parts of the Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province here on Friday.
Pakistani meteorological department, an earthquake of magnitude 6.2 on Richter Scale hit various parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and few areas of Punjab province on Friday.
Epicentre of the quake was recorded in south Kazakhstan.
The areas felt jolt of the earthquake include Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram, Balakot, Naran and suburban areas in KP while the tremors also felt in Murree, Muzaffarabad.
