Karachi: Dust strom with light rain lashed the city, bringing a sigh of relief to the citizens amid a very hot weather conditions prevailing for the last couple of days.
The dust storm with light rain hit several parts of city including Malir, Gulshan e Hadeed, Kemari, I I Chundrigarh road, Saddar, Mehmoodabad and Azam Town.
PMD Director Sardar Sarfraz said that there would be no heavy rain in the city as the clouds would move away from the metropolis in next two to three hours.
He said that the system had developed due to severe heat in the city and the cyclone.
