WASHINGTON: United States of America has dual standards about drone attacks in Pakistan and for other world.
Wall Street Journal revealed that United State of America President Barack Obama exempted the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from collecting complete information before any drone attack in Pakistan.
He gave the exemption in 2013. While strict rules were made for drone attacks in other countries rather than Pakistan.
The news paper said that probably Warren and Giovanni were killed in the drone attack due to the exemption about collecting information.
