KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday adjourned the hearing pertaining to Rangers intervention in former federal minister for petroleum Dr Asim Hussain’s case for two weeks.
The SHC heard a petition regarding Rangers intervention in former federal minister for petroleum Dr Asim Hussain’s case.
During the hearing Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh remarked that Dr Asim is not in Rangers custody now so the petition cannot be heard.
The lawyer of Dr Asim requested for more time to submit reply, after which the court adjourned the hearing for two weeks.
