KARACHI: An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday rejected the investigation report of officers presented in Dr Asim case.
Former federal minister and PPP leader Dr Asim Hussain was produced in anti-terrorism court II today under the charges of facilitating terrorists and providing them medical care facilities at his hospitals in Karachi.
Dr Asim has been presently in the custody of National Accountability Bureau facing charges of illegal encroachment of government land and sending billions of rupees money to overseas.
The investigation officers have presented a report on 330 pages which was rejected by the court.
The court also extended the bail of MQM leader and adjoined the proceeding from February 22.
