ISLAMABAD: Dr Rana Imran Sikander, the head of the Covid-19 ward at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), is the first Pakistani to get vaccinated against the coronovirus, which has claimed lives of over 10,000 citizens.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had kicked off the national coronavirus vaccination driver here.

Rana Imran Sikander was administered the first vaccine under the supervision Prime Minister Imran Khan, Dr Faisal Sultan and National Command and Operation Centre chief Asad Umar.
Addressing at the ceremony, the prime minister congratulated all those who had played role in importing the vaccine.
