MUZAFFARABAD: A disqualification reference against Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider has been dismissed on Monday.
Earlier, the reference was filed in the Legislative Assembly secretariat by Leader of the opposition in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin.
In the reference, Chaudhry Mohammad Yasin had urged the Legislative Assembly speaker to forward his reference to the AJK chief election commissioner for declaring Mr Haider disqualified from being an MLA and prime minister with effect from July 29, 2017.
