Dera Ismail Khan: Nine people, six cops among them, were martyred in a gun attack and later in a blast at a hospital where the injured were shifted for treatment.
Police and hospital sources said unknown motorcyclists opened fire on a police check post in Kotla Saidan. As a result, two cops were martyred.
Later, a suicide bomber targeted the hospital where the victims of the firing incident were being shifted, martyring four policemen and three civilians.
