A death row prisoner was sent to gallows in Sahiwal Central Jail in Wednesday’s wee hours.
As per details, the murder convict, Hameed Akhtar was hanged till death for killing a person in 1995 over a feud.
Tight security measures were taken for the execution. His body has been handed over to the family after legal formalities.
