RAWALPINDI: US Ambassador to Pakistan David Hale on Friday met outgoing Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
US ambassador lauded the role of Pakistan Army in war against terrorism. He also paid tribute to army chief for his exceptional leadership skills. Under the leadership of General Raheel Sharif Pakistan Army has gained important victories in the war against terrorism, the US diplomat said.
