LAHORE: The Counter terrorism department (CTD) on Thursday apprehended eight suspected terrorists here.
As per detail CTD on a tip –off arrested more than eight suspected terrorist in a targeted operation in different area of Lahore.
One of them arrested with his companion was identified as Nabeel and another as Abdullah.
CTD official stated that both terrorists were members of banned outfit Hizb-ul-Tehrir and promoting the hatred Literature on internet and perusing the innocence persons to join the organisation and sent them to Afghanistan and Syria.Reports say that laptops and literature was recovered from their custody.
Police shifted them to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
