KARACHI: Additional District and Sessions Judge has acquitted Uzair Baloch in three cases.
The prosecution failed to prove the allegations against Uzair Baloch. The court acquitted him in three cases of police encounter, attempted murder and rioting.
The co-accused in the case have already been acquitted in these cases.
The court remarked that the prosecution had failed to produce witnesses against the accused as we cannot punish the accused without evidence.
The court ordered that the accused be released from jail if he was not named in any other case.
