RAWALPINDI: Corps commanders conference on Monday approved a comprehensive combing operation to eliminate the terrorists’ sleeper cells and hideouts across the country.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif chaired the meeting and expressed his satisfaction over the successful completion of Shawal operation.
Operational preparations, training and professional issues came under discussion in the meeting, said Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
COAS lauded the efficiency of army and Rangers personnel. He continued that security forces were fighting with bravery against terrorism.
