KARACHI: As of Thursday noon (11:45am) the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has reached 2, 291 while 31 died in the country.
After emergence of new cases, Punjab overtook Sindh with 845 confirmed infections.
Eighty-two patients have recovered so far in the country while 31 have lost their lives.

In Punjab: 845
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 276

In Islamabad: 62
In Gilgit-Baltistan: 187

Globally over 42,000 people have so far died of the deadly disease.
