KARACHI: The Sindh Home Ministry has written a letter to the anti-terrorism court (ATC) requesting that convicted Faisal Mota’s hearing be held at the prison as the condemned prisoner faces death threats.
Faisal Mota is convicted in the murder case of Geo News correspondent Wali Khan Babar .
He was arrested during the Rangers raid at Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) headquarters Nine Zero in Karachi on March 11 this year.
Faisal was sentenced to death by a court in Kandhkot in March 2014 for Wali Khan Babar’s murder.
