The Kashmiris are observing complete shutdown on Wednesday to record protest against the custodial killing of four youths in the disputed territory on call of Hurriyat leadership.
Shops and all business establishments are closed while public transport is off the road, Kashmir media reported.
On the other hand, the authorities continued to place All Parties’ Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leaders, Syed Ali Gilani, Shabbir Ahmed Shah and Nayeem Ahmad Khan under house arrest while Yasin Malik with his party activists detained in Sopore police station for the last two days.
