Chief of Army Staffs (COAS) General Raheel Sharif phoned Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani today (Friday).
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the COAS called the Afghan President and and asked him to help in safe and early recovery of crew members of Punjab government helicopter that crash landed in Logar province of Afghanistan on Thursday.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has assured all possible assistance in this regard, ISPR added.
