RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Tuesday endorsed the death sentences of 13 persons convicted of terrorism-related charges by the military courts.
Inter Services Public Relations said in a statement that the culprits were involved attacks on Saidu Sharif Airport, educational institutions, armed forces and civilians. ISPR said that they were also involved in killing of foreigner tourists at Nanga Parbat and added that the culprits belonged to banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
