ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif has expressed his deepest sorrow over sad demise of Edhi foundation Chief, Abdul Sattar Edhi.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), in his condolence message the COAS said that country is deprived of a great human being.
The military chief said that Abdul Sattar Edhi was a world renowned philanthropist, social activist and a true humanitarian.
He prayed to Allah Almighty to bless the departed soul and give patience and strength to his family to bear this loss.
