Chief of Army staff General Raheel Sharif has chaired a security meeting at corps Headquarters Karachi.
According to Inter Services Public relations (ISPR), the meeting was held to review security situation in Karachi and rest of Sind.
Corps Commander Karachi Naveed Mukhtar, DG ISI and DG Rangers attended the meeting.
COAS instructed intelligence and security agencies to go to any length to apprehend the perpetrators, ISPR reported.
