Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has directed Inspector General Sindh to increase patrolling in Karachi.
As per details, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah phoned IG Sindh AD Khawaja and directed him to increase patrolling in the city despite Karachi returned to normalcy and there was calm on Tuesday morning following Rangers’ overnight crackdown on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in the wake of yesterday’s violent protests.
He ordered to maintain law and order in the city.
CM Sindh also ordered IG to provide security to the candidates contesting for Mayor and Deputy Mayor Elections tomorrow (Wednesday).
