PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pervez Khattak has directed to expedite implementation on the master plan for Galyat Development Authority (GDA) and finalize the composition of board of Directors of the authority.
He was presiding over a meeting regarding finalizing board of directors of GDA here at CM House Wednesday. Chairman PTI, Imran Khan also attended the meeting.
Additional Chief Secretary Azam Khan gave a presentation on the ongoing progress on Galyat and other issues related to GDA. He informed that land record has been computerized and complaint resolution mechanism has been established.
He said that master plan has been prepared for the beautification of Galyat adding the authority has also established a monitoring and evaluation system.
PTI Chairman, Imran Khan advised that board members should have a passion and expertise besides necessary background to help provincial government in its efforts to make Galyat environmental friendly.
