Prime Minister house has said that Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamail has not refused to form a judicial commission to probe Panama Leaks.
PM house spokesperson said CJP hasn’t refused to form an inquiry commission and not even a single time in Chief Justice uses the word Terms of Reference (ToRs).
He added that he didn’t even ask government to made reforms in ToRs after concerning with opposition.
But in the letter CJP ask to made legislations, he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that, CJP has refused to form judicial commission to probe Panama papers.
