BRUSSELS: New US Special Representative for Afghanistan Thomas West has said that China had played a positive role in Afghanistan.
The US envoy made these remarks while was speaking to journalists here.
Thomas West said that the Taliban had clearly expressed the desire to restore ties with the international community and also restoration of aid.
He said that the US is constantly concerned about the increasing attacks of ISIS in Afghanistan and the presence of Al-Qaeda.
The US special representative said that China had played a positive role in Afghanistan
