China decide to publish smokers’ names

BEIJING: Chinese government has decided to tighten laws against smoking and increased fine by 20 percent. The government has decided to published the smokers’ name on official website who would violate the anti smoking law thrice.

32 US dollars would be charged for smoking at public places. On the first phase the law would be implemented in the capital, Beijing. An special squad comprising on 1000 personnel would search cigarette ashes in hotels and restaurants. They would take strict actions against smokers. It is pertinent to mention here that there are 300 million chain-smokers in China and 3000 people were died of cigarettes every day .
