Change of army command positive step for institutions: Khursheed Shah

ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in the National Assembly and PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah on Tuesday said that change of command in the army was a positive progress for strengthening the institutions of the country.

Talking to media persons here he congratulated the new Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

The Opposition leader said that there was not a change of power and there was change of army command which was being seen in different angle in Pakistan.

He said that for the first time the PPP had smoothly transferred civil power in 2013. To a question Khursheed Shah said that the decision for returning of Asif Ali Zardari to the country from abroad was not made yet.
