CCP to hold an advocacy seminar at RCCI

RAWALPINDI: Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) is holding a seminar at Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) on December 9.

The seminar is part of CCP’s National Road Show on competition law. Chairperson CCP Ms Vaddiya Khalil and her team will give an overview of competition regime in Pakistan on this occasion.

President RCCI Mian Humayun Parvez said that the main purpose of this seminar is to bring awareness and to promote healthy culture of competition. He said free, transparent, strong and effective CCP is essential to promote efficiency in the economy. President assured that RCCI would fully support the CCP in its efforts aiming at creating a level playing field for business entities, emerging entrepreneurs and safeguarding the interests of the consumers.
