KARACHI: A Rangers check post in Karachi was attacked on Friday with ‘bottle bomb’ as no casualties took place.
As per details, some unidentified miscreants hurled explosive material at a check post of law enforcement agency located near Board Office in Nazimabad area this morning.
The explosion rocked the area, causing fright and panic in the vicinity, officials said, adding that no one was injured in the blast.
According to bomb disposal squad, it was a locally-made ‘bottle’ bomb, weighing around 250 grams.
Police and Rangers cordoned off the scene and started investigation into the attack.
