Jalalabad: At least three people were injured when a blast took place outside the Pakistan Consulate here on late Sunday night. However, staff at the consulate are safe.

Foreign Office Spokesman Dr Muhammad Faisal took to Twitter and confirmed that the blast occurred outside holding area of Pakistan Consulate in Jalalabad.
He confirmed that all the staff at the consulate are safe and sound.
He added that two visa applicants and a policeman are among the injured.
